新建在慕尼黑与纽伦堡之间的ICE高铁线中的一段穿过奥迪汽车制造厂厂区车间的地下,因此将该隧道命名为奥迪隧道。因为施工过程带来的震动会给汽车生产设备造成影响,因此施工团队使用盖挖法代替矿山法施工。在隧道外部的挡土墙和底板施工完成后,在挡土墙一侧使用单侧模板完成隧道侧壁的浇筑。

在使用单侧模板,面向已经存在的墙体浇筑混凝土时,需要将整个模板平面上的现浇混凝土的侧向压力通过相应的拉杆系统与单侧支架传递给基础结构。为了提高单侧支架的承载能力(2x250kN),每个SB支架使用两个DW 26拉杆。
南侧墙体高于标准墙高度,可达9.60米,高度方向上分段浇筑: 首层浇筑6.55米高,使用SB单侧支架与TRIO模板, 第二次浇筑结合TRIO模板与SKS180单面爬架系统。

派利V型拉杆支架保证了单侧支架能够快速固定安装。
