VARIO GT 24 木梁式墙模

久经考验的GT 24木梁模板系统,适用于任何类型的工程。

木梁式墙模所有的系统组件都可以自由选择。因此VARIO GT 24可满足任何的几何造型以及其他要求。例如穿墙拉杆的布局、可承载的最大混凝土侧压力等要求。该系统可用于工业设施建筑、民用建筑、桥墩、挡土墙,尤其适用于清水混凝土等工程项目。


技术细节

  • 高灵活性墙模系统,主要组成部分:GT 24木梁、横钢梁VSRZ / SRZ / SRU,模板板材、及其相应的模板连接组件。
  • 根据工程要求设计、组装。
  • 灵活的模块高度,由GT 24的木梁长度来确定(标准长度为0.9米至6米,以30厘米为模数;特种梁最长可至17.8米)。
  • 灵活的模块宽度,由SRZ或SRU横钢梁的长度来确定。
  • 凭借GT 24极高的抗弯强度及承载能力,减少了木梁的使用量。
  • 根据工程要求设计模板,可承受极高的混凝土侧压力。
  • 钢梁及连接板上的腰型孔100%的确保了连接部位的抗拉、抗压力学性能以及整齐、紧密的连接。

  • 广泛的适应性

    格构式木梁以及横钢梁的多样化组合保证了系统的安全性。

  • 特别适用于清水混凝土

    可以完全根据建筑设计的要求,布置拉杆与模板接缝的位置。
